About the role
· Degree: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
· Specialization: 3- 5 years of progressive experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Experience in the lubricants industry or related industries is highly desirable.

Main tasks & requirements:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to promote and sell lubricant products to target customers within the assigned territory valuating and reporting on warehouse productivity.
- Lead and manage a team of outdoor sales representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure they achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and industry stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Set sales targets for the team and monitor their progress regularly. Take proactive measures to address any performance gaps and ensure the team achieves or exceeds the set targets.
- Develop accurate sales forecasts and provide regular reports to the senior management team, highlighting sales performance, market trends, and recommendations for improvement.
- Achieve the assigned sales volume for the handled market segment and within the set period.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and supply chain to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
